The hotel was really close to shops, a large grocery store, the city center, and many cafes. Hera Street district was worth staying in. - I had much fun and met affable staff, especially on the Front Desk and the Manager.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building very close to the airport, cornice, Jeddah exhibition center and good restaurants. Excellent co-operating and amicable staff members specially on the Front Desk and the Manager. Stunning, magnificent location in a high traffic area.

I stayed here for an event at the Jeddah Hilton - which was 1.5km away. My room/appartment was a very good size with adequate facilities and was clean. The best thing about the hotel was the extremely large and comfortable bed - it was 7ft x 7ft, and also the free high speed Wi-Fi.
One of the reasons I booked the hotel was the 'All Year Round' Outdoor Swimming Pool, however on my arrival I was told it was not working and had not for many months. The staff had adequate English, but were not too customer focussed, also the hairdryer supplied in the room was useless - it felt like someone was just blowing on my hair. Also, note that the hotel is on a very busy 6 lane motorway that has traffic constantly 24 hours a day. Despite the comfy bed, I was only able to sleep for 4-5 hours a night because of the constant noise.

It is more of a furnished apartment. Very clean and neat. There is value for money.
